WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is for every member of our church family. This is for singles as much as it’s for married couples. It's for Jesus' brand-new disciple and the disciple who's been following Him for decades. As our church grows numerically we are strengthening our MC's so that people will always be able to find a community to help them grow as a disciple of Jesus. The roles we're looking for are these:

  • Leader: One or a few who lead or plants a new missional community
  • Apprentice Leader: One or a few who are being equipped to one day lead their own missional community
  • Member: Any who strengthen your MC as an everyday, healthy, contributing member.

WHEN WILL WE MEET?

We will meet on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm at the Lyda’s house initially. We will begin Tuesday, June 26th. (June 26-August 14)

WHAT WILL WE DO?

We will spend an hour together sharing a meal (everyone has to eat, right?), we will spend an hour being with Jesus through His Word and Prayer, and we will spend an hour learning how to make disciples of Jesus in the context of missional community.

We'll also spend a Saturday or two having fun at the lake together (kids, friends, and all).

WHAT ABOUT KIDS?

Kids make up a dynamic portion of our church. We love them. In order to serve entire families throughout the year in healthy missional communities, we will focus our time together these eight Tuesdays as a group of adults only.

All of Life Church will reimburse each family* who wishes to participate with a childcare credit of $35 each week to hire a babysitter to be with your kids in your own home. We hope this is a blessing to you. If you have parents that beg for your kids one Tuesday night each week free of charge, even better! If you have a baby, they should definitely come right along with you. If you have difficult or sudden circumstances from week-to-week, we can work with you. The point is, we want YOU with us in our focused time together.

* Childcare stipends are available for 10 families. First come, first serve.

WHAT IF I OR MY SPOUSE WILL BE OUT OF TOWN FOR SOME OF THE TUESDAYS?

As with almost everything, you get out what you put in. I'm asking you to commit to making as many of these nights together as you possibly can and to honor your commitment for the duration. However, if you have vacations planned or have unpredictable work and travel schedules, that's perfectly ok. If you have a fear of missing out more than you have an excitement for participating, it's probably an indicator that you should say "no" this time around.
