All of Life Church is led by elders and served by deacons with members actively doing the work of ministry.

Our elder team is comprised of biblically qualified men who volunteer their time to care for the people of All of Life and staff elders who oversee the mission of multiplying disciples, leaders, and churches (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:1-5). We use the term “elder” and “pastor” interchangeably according to 1 Peter 5:1-5.

Our deacon team is comprised of biblically qualified men and women who attend to the day-to-day needs, administrative responsibilities, and crisis situations of our church community (1 Timothy 3:8-13, Philippians 1:1, Romans 16:1)

The leadership of All of Life aims to see every man, woman, and child in the church community equipped for ministry and exercising his or her God-given gifts for the common good (Ephesians 4:11-16; 1 Corinthians 12:4-7).
